At Najoom, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy before placing an order:

Cash on Delivery & Try-On

You may place your order with Cash on Delivery

When your order arrives, you may try the item before accepting it

If you choose not to keep it, only the shipping fees will be paid

Online Payments (Debit Card)

If you paid with a debit card, your refund (if applicable) will be transferred via InstaPay.

After Receiving the Order

You may exchange your item within 3 days for another product of the same value or higher (with payment of the difference if applicable).

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used. ✨

Reporting Issues

Customers have 7 days from delivery to report any problem with their order.

Reports made after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Important Reminders

Delivery within Cairo takes 2–3 business days, and outside Cairo 3–5 business days.
Keep your order invoice or confirmation message as a reference.
Try the item carefully upon delivery, and contact us immediately if there’s any issue.

يحق للعميلة الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام

أي بلاغ بعد هذه المدة لا يُعتبر مؤهلاً للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

تذكيرات هامة

يتم التوصيل داخل القاهرة خلال ٢–٣ أيام عمل، وخارج القاهرة خلال ٣–٥ أيام عمل

احتفظي بفاتورة الطلب أو رسالة التأكيد كمرجع

جربي القطعة برفق عند الاستلام، وفي حال وجود أي ملاحظة تواصلي معنا فورًا
